I don't care what the "facts" said one way or another - or if the information was bad or not.

Common sense suggests that even if Suddam didn't have these weapons - he needed to posture as though he did for the security of his own Government.

There is no way in hell Suddam, or anyone in his Govt really could have believed we would invade him.

Put yourself in his head - Suddam and his Baath party stand for mostly everything bin Laden hates - bin Laden attacks America - how would that enemy on enemy attack logically trigger America to invade Iraq? It doesn't make sense to him.

Obviously, Hussein thought America was just using 9/11 as an excuse to further crack down on him....but that they obviously wouldn't invade.

If he thinks that - he has to state publicly that he doesn't have anything and know that no one trusts his words. However, it is important that he must posture with his actions to suggest he does have something.

You can't expect a guy in his position, who doesn't believe his country will be invaded by us, to want it proven that he has nothing in the way of force to defend himself against other threats in the region.

Once again - everyone gets all caught up in things like facts, expert knowledge, past occurrences etc. - when you simply need only read up on the person and his situation, put yourself in his shoes, and use common sense.

as for posting the gpa average for the school you attend, so what. it doesn't make your skewed logic somehow more palatable.

Here, let me spell it out for you since you are having a hard time deciphering my posts.

I posted the video. It was up to YOU to make your OWN decision about the contents in the video. I witheld judgment. My main point: I would have thought that this story would have been circulating throughout the U.S. media because it is fairly significant. And that I hoped the Japanese were wrong in their accusations about the U.S.

And as far as the Jap statement goes...It was an abbreviation. I didn't mean it in a derogatory way at all.

Also, you were wrong about Congress approving to go to war in Iraq. The bill for the declaration of war with Iraq never went to Congress.

And anyone who thinks incompetence to be the reason for the Bush Administration's statements regarding Iraq...well, I'll keep that opinion to myself. And like incompetence is any better anyway! So, how do you explain the Bush Administration's lies by saying that they never said their original lies....all of this is in documents and on national television BTW? I guess that was incompetence too... lol.

And you say my logic is skewed!?!

Insulting my intelligence or my college won't get you anywhere. Nor will implying that I am a racist get you anywhere. By the way, I date an Asian. Just because you can't understand what I am trying to say, does not make me wrong.

Also, you haven't answered any of my questions. Of course, I knew they were rhetorical when I first asked them.

Mr. Drugster..sir.

I hate to say this...but you're nuts.

The Indomitable DrugS 02-01-2008 07:09 PM

My seemingly unlogical approach has proven right every single step of the way - while all the approaches everyone else has gone with have been proven wrong every step of the way.

Mortimer, in international politics, there are no such things as facts. No such things as experts.

The second best approach to mine - I believe is to simply listen to the conclusions of the so called experts and just assume the complete opposite will prove true.

It so often does.

The Indomitable DrugS 02-01-2008 07:18 PM

I should clarify by saying "every single step of the way" - I mean two steps.

My record is 2-0.
The experts and our govt are 0-2 so far.

Yeah...it doesn't bother me that people say that...

Just because people make generalized statements, doesn't mean that they are true on an individual basis....

Besides, men worry about that way too much in general. For most women, at least the ones that I have talked to, that is way on down the list in terms of importance.

America still does have alot further to come when it comes to race...

Hope you're getting this pdrift1

i've never had a hard time deciphering your posts. i always thought they were blather, and nothing has ever forced me to rethink that opinion. the run on sentences, with missing words, the leap in paragraph from one thought to another....all incredibly painful.

but as far as the japanese story not getting circulated here...maybe everyone (but you) recognized it as being a bunch of bullsh!t.

Men worry about that way too much. Most women care alot more about security, having someone that treats them well, and finding someone that they are attracted to. Believe me, dick size is way on down the list, at least for most of the women that I have talked to.

I just don't get why men worry about that so much. It's like if they have a bigger dick that they are superior or something. I think that it is silly.

Let's take my last boyfriend for example. I broke up with him. He offered to buy me a Courvette and everything to get me back. Said I wouldn't have to work and the usual bullshit. But, here is the deal. He didn't respect me. Here is a guy that called his own mother an idiot. I mean, just thought she was an idiot in general. Usually, a man that doesn't respect his mother, isn't going to treat his wife/girlfriend very well. And when I broke up with him 3 months later, he said that he could have treated me better. It was like, *******, you didn't do it right the first time. I don't do do-overs. Once it's over, it's over. Especially when it comes to issues of respect. Here is a guy that thought I was stupid for not knowing that Bill was short for William, etc. Yet, he didn't even know what tampons were. Did I ever ridicule him for that? No, but he gave me hell for not knowing that Bill was short for William. Would all the money in the world and the biggest dick in the world would have made me go back to him? Absolutely not.

And I can't speak for Asian men.

no, not declared war. voted to authorize use of force. congress has seldom actually taken the step of a war declaration, altho it hasn't kept us from using force a great many times in a great many places.

DrugS claims he can think like a pyschopath....DitzyRose claims to go down on elf puds, but only when she can't play water polo......Dannie takes offense in protecting her dwarf heritage........and Hossy and PeanutShell join DrugS in mdf penis envy.
