Nuts...I'll miss the finish. AbbyGail is having a fit and this time I'm going to shut her up. |
i was joking. other than woody hayes taking a swing at opposing players i thought 1970's big ten football was a bore.
nothing personal. it's me. i just don't like soccer. |
Play call on 3rd n 2 just now was absolute GARBAGE. Hopefully if Bama wins its only by 3 and I at least break even. LSU had a bit of momentum there, fing trash play calls.

when we were talking about this game the other day while i was in missouri, i mentioned the 7-6 lsu/auburn game a few years back.
amazing game, both d's playing lights out. too bad someone has to lose this thing. |
What a great game!
A couple of questionable coaching moves. Bama with the gimmick play late when they were moving the ball which became an interception. The Saban putting Mays out for the punt return, which lead to a total change of field position. Miles and the QB shuffle and him taking his 3 timeouts with him to overtime. :zz: |

I'm sure I will get killed for this but if you dont trust your QB to make a single play and you dont have a competent kicker then you probably dont deserve to play in the NC game over a no loss team from a major conference.
|
i remember the game a few years back with osu/mich, that didn't pan out either. long ways to go before it's all decided.
no doubt some would say how can bama go back-but who deserves it over them right now? it went to ot, no loss in regulation for them. oh, and go unlv! |

i'm just glad lsu came out on the winning side of this one. losing a close game like that is a bitter pill to swallow. |
