That is NOT A BROMANCE numnuts. Any good friend would do that.

It is like when you are dating a girl but you always have to have your friend around. I don't know of this because if I am dating a girl, we are either eating or doing the other good thing, and my friends aint around for either of that stuff. But I guess there are dudes that want to have their friends around all the time, yadda yadda.

Are YOU serious? What makes Adriano's races "nice" and Sedgefield's not "good"? Sedgefield ran better figures and faced infinitely better horses than Adriano has..

Adriano put up two nice looking performances. One on Turf and one on Poly. His turf race looked good but he did settle behind a really fast pace before he took the race on his own and won by 8. His Lanes End Race he won in hand and just shook off his competetion. He may not like dirt if the FOY tells me anything but who knows what happened that day.

There are not many horses that have started their career on turf that went on to the derby and win it. The obvious one is Barbaro who was a special horse, I know I used the Barbaro comparison earlier. But to me a knowledgable horseman in Graham Motion wouldn't have started him on turf, ran him exclusively on that surface until trying a dirt race at GP If he thought he was better on dirt. I think it's very safe to surmise that Adriano is not a second coming of Barbaro. If he does go onto the derby demand a big price on him!

What makes Adriano's races nice and Sedgefield's not so good?

Recency and no perspective.

Once the Derby is over, about 15 horses will be crowned "rats" after people have goo-gooed over them for 90 days.

A thread on Adriano is on the verge of reaching 3 pages. There is no hope for mankind.

Yeah, because I totally said Sedgefield is the goods. You're getting petulant about an Adriano vs. Sedgefield debate? Yikes, Hoss!
