About an hour from home and can report that Lloydobler came out of the race in terrific shape. This was a very positive and forward-going effort for the colt who pretty much had the pace scenario forced on him via his sharp break from the inside post. He was decidedly more mature today in several ways, including the delayed lead change at the sixteenth pole which appeared as the 're-rally' to hold third.

Thanks to Gary, Mig, Paul and Javier and everyone that was able to come out. More later, and I'll will try to get Mig to post his thoughts too.

Jason Blewitt pointed out Sciacca is 1-86 route to sprint over the last 5 years.

All in all a nice effort.

Horse was appropriately named. He's the size of an Amish shed. Got it going late, but of course that was a serious pace to be able to cut into. Undoubtedly has a future but it looks like it will be going longer.

I agree. Give him a flat mile at AQ and he cashes.

I had money on him across. Happy for DT and their run, however.

Did not see the race on video yet. My Dad wathced and wagered at the Fort Pierce, FLA simulcast outlet. He said horse ran well, led most of the way on the inside and just got nipped for second. He watched all the races for m the Big A and noted the rail seemed dead and all theinsode horses got beat.

One never knows where the "sweet" part of the track will be on any given day esp when the weather changes alot.

The horse cam back OK and that is the best.:)

Dee Tee is picking up alot of fans at Fort Pierce, FLA, my Dad wears his hat and brings the car magnet and puts it on the table where he is sitting on the days Dee Tee horses are in.

Hi. I am a new Dee Tee partner down in Florida. I watched Lloyd's 1st and 2nd races at Ft. Pierce and met your Dad. He sets up a large round table in front of the big screen TV as the Dee Tee rooting section.

I could not make it yesterday, but I'd imagine by now that Lloyd has quite a following in the "peanut gallery" after yesterday's performance.

Alot of the fans there are regulars and they like to cheer (or jeer) for horses that others have an interest in.

I enjoyed talking to your Dad about Monmouth Park and some of the changes there since I used to live on the Jersey shore.

I don't get up to NY/NJ too often, but am hoping to see Lloyd at Saratoga or maybe Monmouth this summer.

Go Dobler.....

Next race in the book looks like April 16th , although there are two "high claimer" subs listed for the 14th

richard 03-21-2010 01:06 PM

It was a fast race and Lloyd ran well . He's doing well in this MSW condition.

cabvmd 03-22-2010 11:04 AM

Thanks Keithting for hanging with DAD.

We have been having a lot of fun since we joind Dee Tee in May of 2008.

Go Dobler and Red Board and Missus Mayflower.
