I liked Lenternor until RockHard picked him. Plus the Barbaro dollars ruin that price.

I'm kidding with you about getting off...I'll be using him in exotics and yes his pattern is really solid if you ask me with the post to match. No shame in playing him for you.

I love the work, and if he takes to dirt and improves again like he did on turf he's as good as anyone in here. On top of that he has the style and the post and the jockey to pull the trip.

You have to ask yourself if this is the best, or even one of the best, betting propositions that you'll have on Saturday (or whenever this race is being run). Making matters worse is that the horse will be overbet. Why in the world would you even get in this race?

I plan on just playing the pick 4... Using him and the Empire Maker, maybe Pulsion. My big big bet for Saturday is Gulfstream Race 3.

I'm going to take a long look at First Dude.
He's improving as he stretches out, and the horse that nipped him last time out (Fly Down) is running next weekend in the LA Derby, I believe. He likes the GP track, has the right running style, and another step forward puts him in the mix here.

i agree, no stand outs in this bunch. maybe someone will step forward. can't fault anyone for taking a shot in this race.

I like Jove last time at 1 1/4 Im not sure about tomorrow. My entire day will hinge on the Rick V firster, Im playing that heavy and maybe a few cheap pick 3's trying to beat Amen, and the pick 4. Not making a day of it, betting early tomorrow.

So you think being a firster with a rail post position, he can run faster than Chasing Ted and Storm on the Moon and their 22 and change speed?

What does running faster have to do with anything? I think HES GOING TO WIN THE RACE. I THINK HES VERY VERY GOOD.

The Bonnie Miss is the toughest 6 filly field I seen in along time.

I assume he's ranting about the Violette firster that there's an enormous tip flying around about?

He'll be a BIG price. Oh yeah.

I guess because he worked with Bulls and Bears makes him a monster.
B&B didn't exactly run very fast today.

Scav 03-19-2010 07:04 PM

Half the field in the 3rd has Storm Cat in their blood....

I didn't know Bulls and Bears ran today.....but yeah that's the story. If our boy heard it there must have been skywriting in the Capitol District.

If I never got another tip on a firster I would be happy. Luckily, I will forget about this by tomorrow. I would have already completely forgetten if not for this thread.

VOL JACK 03-19-2010 07:11 PM

A firster that drew the rail in a field with plenty of early zip outside of him.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the fastest horse is the one who wins the race,is it not?Isn't that why it is called Racing?

RockHardTen1985 03-20-2010 12:07 AM

Guys worry about your own ****ing horses... Why would I want Todds? He is 0-5 already with 4 seconds almost all of them have been no excuse efforts, 3 inside runs with no finish... Who wants to bet that horse? 84 top beyer, Rick V/Alan Garcia in the last 8 months have popped a first timer who ran a 88 beyer. Scary Good??? Come on now, how does he win? Last 2 times soft SOFT GROUPS NO EXCUSE AT ALL. So now we can toss them, why not take the guy whos 23% first time out with a positive ROI and most deadly for this owner, with 2 bullet works, please tell me why not take him? Who else do we want? Shug 7% first out horrible ROI, KM 9% first out horrible ROI, I dont want them.... There are 2 other horse who I could be talked into, I have gave a closer look at and I will back up with them, Im not as crazy about the 1, EVEN THOUGH IM STILL BETTING HIM HEAVY TO WIN, I wont let my day hinge on him. I like the Dutrow first timer and the Spicer, Ill back up with those 2.
