A very strong effort by Cape of Storms. I can't believe ESPN didn't have a word to say about Duke of de Buqe. He pulled up on the back stretch.

J. Edwards was going to report that Turfway officials had told her that they didnt think he was training good but the producers were so shocked that Hank had the exacta in the previous race they never cut to her.

they are making a joke of hank's picks and bets.
I think I heard

"only lost $200 of his bank roll, not bad"

what happens when he hits $0?

I notice that Big Glen (Cactus Ridge) was a KeeSep'06:$10,000 yearling. Not a gold mine for the breeder.

Thank you, Bigs. I'm real proud of him, he ran his ass off today. He tries hard every time but he stepped up some today. Hopefully we'll have some fun over the Summer. Not bad for a colt I couldn't give away as a yearling.

Nice call and nice new signature.

Given that bold move El Aleman made to move up from eleventh to ninth, I can only assume that his connections are looking at a G1 against older horses for his next start.
