Yeah, he and Indian Winter both showed up with different silks. Dominus wore Bolton's silks at SA, I think, and Stonestreet in his debut at Belmont. I guess Spendthrift bought into him since his last start but it wasn't listed in the DRF.

The stretch run of last night's Derby Trial reminded me of a Quarter Horse race.......

Horses looked to be spread out down the stretch -
Machen's powerful kick down the lane - and
the night racing at Churchill Downs (which I'm not quite used to yet)

I thought for a second I was watching a Los Alamitos race

I thought Machen looked amazing in the post parade. I saw him and thought, WOW.
