No.

The fine is from a "failure to honor his call".

I think it stems from abandoning his race calling duties at the recent Hollywood meet. The day Joel Rosario won 6 races, I believe he left his post and failed to call the 10th and final race on the card.

I personally think this was a brilliant play on the word and not a misspelling on Cardus' part. It went over the heads of most.

One certainty from this thread is that Vic will never be asked to call at Longchamps.
