Earl Anthony was my idol.
A personal favorite was Ed Lubanski, an oldtimer from Detroit. he used to practice where I worked, the guy had huge fingers and only used two holes, thumb and one finger. i couldn't believe that a hall of fame pro bowler would use a two hole grip.

oh no, i got it.

not everyone is familiar with the two-hole grip. apparently it was popular with the old-timers.
