No longer... Just what Shields needs...more time to get further out of sync.

As for Gross, he's already displayed his consistency at the plate ( what is it now 0-14?) and the tremendous outfield acumen he displayed last game (another way off the mark relay throw). And Perez sits on the bench...:zz:

Varitek chose a perfect time to schedule his luck.....0-14 in the series he goes deep with the most clutch swing of the entire year so far....it's not over yet but Tek gave them a chance to put the pressure back on at least for now.
