Default Santa Anita Going to 3 Day Race Week

I just got an e-mail from National Turf saying that Santa Anita is going to a three-day race week Friday, Saturday, Sunday starting this week. I'm not sure if this is old news or not.

Isn’t the raise in non-stakes purses just the purse money from the 3 week Santa Anita was closed, if so, then 10k is good, bad, to little, or just better than what was originally offered?

Cali has had good horses the last few years. 5 of the last 7 derby winners were Cali based.
