This race was drawn on Thursday, which is when the entries are transferred. He was an MTO on Friday, and ran, along with Neper, when that race came off the turf...but, keep in mind, these entries were already drawn.

Obviously he was always going to be, and is, scratched. It's not like this has never happened before. Did you honestly think there was even a one in a million chance he was going to be allowed to run?

I was wondering how it could get that far, actually published as a runner. But thanks for the details

I've had no problem betting there on both my laptop and phone today.

Customer service just suggested that I close out of the site and open it again. What a great tip. I probably would never think to try that before actually calling customer service. next was , Oh we are working on the problem right now.

If the site did go down it must have happened just after I confirmed my Pick 5. Unfortunately it didn’t happen sooner as my single in the first leg got run down by a horse 5 lengths behind at the 1/8 pole while running on his wrong lead. That’s my fault though. They are in for 14k for a reason.

No, Dan was right. I had just managed to get on when it was working, as it was on and off, but it was down for a good part of the day.

It was, at least from what I was told, a server issue that was affecting a number of varied websites, but no excuse. Apologies to anyone adversely affected.
