Default Goodbye Mr. Cub

Ernie Banks will now be playing with the Angels. All class all the time. RIP and hope you get to play two.

Default Mr. Cub

RIP Ernie Banks. fan favorite, whose favorites were the fans. Not many shortstops with 500+ homers. Wish he coulda saw Cubbies win one.

One of my most vivid memories as a kid was meeting him and Harry Carry in front of Ho Ho Kam park in Arizona. I was 16. Still smile about it this day cause I talked to them for like 10 minutes.

Its weird, usually death brings happiness and I normally can care less when famous people pass, but for some odd reason, I feel joy about this, not that he is dead but that you just know that Ernie Banks was one happy ass dude and lived life as best as anyone could.

God Bless and if everyone lived like him it would be a great world. Reminds me of a black Brockguy

Very sad to hear about the passing of Mr. Cub Ernie Banks. Baseball has just lost one of it's all-time greats.
