Default $1.8mm for Point Ashley

I thought she would go for over $2mm based on the past year. Here is the article from bloodhorse.

I just read that. My favorite part of the article: "It is undecided whether 3-year-old Point Ashleywould remain in training or if she will be sent to the breeding shed, Sikura said."

What?! She JUST turned 3.

Yeah, I read that twice to make sure I understood it correctly. I couldnt imagine them bringing her back to racing. Doesnt make sense to me.

I was thinking the same thing, especially since they raced Downthedustyroad right before selling her. One would think, if she was doing well, she would have ran in something, even if she is already a graded stakes winner.

No kidding. I was blown away. How incredulous that they would consider racing a horse into her 3-year old season.

Hope they do right by her.
