please forgive me for this stupid question

i bought the clocker report for the season

i dont know if im doing it rite but my formula so far is the following
i look sat the last two works get the best grade of the two
and write it down
for example
1] last work b two works ago b
2] c+ b
3] b b+
4] b b
5] b- b

so my formula here would be betting the 3

if two horses had for example b + ,s id take the highest odds

so far its holding its own if you were to bet 2 dollars a race you would have 31 races and winning 14 62 dollars bet winning 88
thats including a 43 dollar horse that hit

so now is my question
i noticed all workouts are on a dry track
with rain in forecast for tonight and tommorrow
how do you use the report?
