Scavs,
I'll be looking for the weiner dogs.
This comes from a guy that has bet on frogs, caterpillars, pigs, and yes, even which raindrop would get to the bottom of a window first.
Tim admitted he's bet on gerbils, and hey, I've bet on my fair share of rats.
As of now, I'm looking at night crawlers. Glass races...so you get a bottom view.
It might pass some time on dark days, and the losers can go fishing with me.
As bait.

Telling you Wayne, it is usually in July at Los Alamitos, it is the funniest and greatest thing ever. it was a big joke around these parts that I was buying a weinerdog and constructing a 50 yard sprint in my backyard to train and have the nut weinerdog...still possible

Scav,
I've owned two of them. Didn't run too well but they were good on rabbits.
They are very loyal types. Watch dogs beyond compare.
They bark much bigger than they are.
I tried to have one become an "undercover K-9"...disguised and all that.
It didn't get bought.
Heck, they're nice dogs, so even if the racing doesn't work out for you and the pooch, you'll still have something that wants to sit on your lap when you're watching Monday night football.

Can I interest you in investing in some sheep? They really like to run together, all packed up. Yes, I'm saying "sheep racing".
Losers get served up covered in garlic with mint jelly after the races.
Let me know if you are interested in "investing".

You got me there. If I recall, one of mine was free and the other not much more. Do a web search for AKC breeders for high ends...and your local shelter for the others. Good luck!
Nice dogs.
To any "DT posters"...keep your ears out, like I will. Scav is on the hunt.
