St. Trinian looked like a $50,000 claimer deep stretch.

And comparing Zenyatta to Tiger Woods is borderline retarded. Tiger faces the best at least 5 times a year. How many times does Zenyatta? Once? And that can be argued.

She ran as good as a juiced to the gills, grade 2 polytrack mare can. Kind of reminds me of Shifty Shiek almost beating Slew o Gold.

I'll never root for Zenyatta. Her fans and TVG are unbearable. I wanted to reach through the television and taze Rudolph for calling her "The Queen"

I'll agree with tazing Rudolph, add Simon Bray to that list. Schrupp's comediness is starting to grow on me a little, although his homer TVG is God stuff makes me turn the channel

I think this was her best race in her 17 race career, not from a numbers perspective or even a competition standpoint, for some reason to me, she didn't look like she was on top of her game today, if you would have asked me with 100 yds to go would she had caught St. Trinians who ran a hell of a race I would have said no. She looked beat and somehow got up to win, just as Personal Ensign willed her way to victory in the BC, these are the moments that you don't forget as a racefan whether you are a fan of West coast racing or east coast racing. I also thought Vic was right on his game today also, magical stuff.

Hollywood Park and California are just creepy in general, guy screaming on the microphone like he's an emcee at a wedding, Shirreffs addressing the crowd, old creepy ladies carrying around signs. It like a different world over there

If TVG and HRTV covered the NFL they would be getting killed in the ratings by the WNBA

I can think of at least a couple DTers who would probably volunteer to help him out with that.

That, ladies and gentleman, is what the sport looks like in 2010...

St. Trinians definitely tested her today. S.T. was running as good as her for most of the stretch. Took a great competitor to keep coming when S.T. didn't look like she was gunna get tired. Zenyatta is relentless.

Let me add that if Zenyatta did that in the Stephen Foster then I would be singing her praises. It's a shame that the decision maker is a post-menopausal hot mess. No way that emasculated shell of a man is making the final call without her input.

For some reason when you described the decision maker it made me think of Jess Jackson. Weird.
