surprised to find no Ascot for nj - pa only . really sucks

I was stuck in that trap for several years until the racing commission changed the rules several years back. TVG/PABets had no Europe, HK and only certain AUS meets. I switched to Xpressbet when it became available state-wide and haven't used TVG since. 200% more satisfied. Also NYRABets is now allowed across PA.

It was not intentional. They apparently simply failed to get the necessary paperwork for 4NJ & PA Bets in as part of the International simulcasting package.
