I'm not sure what all that means, but I do know a bad ride from a jock can cost a horse a win.

I agree Dixie Porter. People love to blame jockeys but you know who is riding when you bet on the horse. If you get a bad ride that is part of the game. People that like to blame jockeys are bad handicappers. I factor in the jockey and like to play certain jockeys and trainers when they are hot and avoid them when they are cold, but the horse is 90% of the race.
