It's interesting to note that Pal got an 82 BRIS in his last race - despite the fact he didn't get the best of trips. That was his best fig yet, even better than his maiden-breaker (81). Hope this bodes well for Wednesday!

Pal a hard-trying 6th, today tiring in the last eighth after trying to work it out on the front end (which wasn't actually the plan going in). Beaten 5 for everything and less than 2 lengths for 3rd and this was a good group. On to Saratoga for a couple tries!

It was a good effort. He got very easy fractions but never stopped trying. If the race was seven furlongs, he may have won. A very encouraging effort.
