Nadal looks good but I’m doubtful he is as good as that race makes him look. I think Silver Prospector and Three Technique are probably not as good as anyone thought and Basin is hard to judge because he was coming off such a long layoff.

Just my opinion but I think Authentic will prove to be better than Nadal. Obviously, I could be wrong.
Basin didn’t look like he got any bigger. I thought the mud yesterday would be his best chance, I doubt we see him on the trail. Authentic is pretty good, but last time was the last time he beats Honor AP. The last time was also a cool stones song that Grateful Dead played very well out of Space or as an occasional encore like in Foxboro summer tour 1990 before Brent passed away. RIP.

Arkansas Derby, that is. Runs as well as he looks.

He was the most touted horse in the guy who’s won 2 triple crowns in the last 5 years barn and had just won a stake.

You want kudos for stating the obvious?

I just looked at the plays thread. You touted Nadal as winning the KY Derby, are begging for kudos here and left him off your pick 4 and had the winner in the last?

Impressive. I guess when you’re not really betting that kind of stuff makes sense but real bettors cash there. Oh well.

I was alive to the 5 in the pick 5 so the pick 4 was like a saver in case King Guillermo benefited from a pace duel between Well Bayou and Nadal. It paid big considering the Baffert won the 2 legs.
