I watch at the Pepsi Center, but only at the Pepsi Center. TV and NBA is a horrible combo.

yea well, I was mostly joking.

I like to watch The Knicks on MSG network and then pretend it's an infomercial for Just for Men Gel.

I feel like i have season tickets for the Pittsburgh Penguins. Seems like every game is on NHL network, NBC or NBC sports channel

Agreed. NBC definitely hitched their wagon to that team this year.

In typical Philly fashion, JVR goes elsewhere and explodes! That one hurts bc we never gave him a shot to fully recover here, just shipped him away (although i do like Luke Schenn).

Schenn and Timonen have played well but the rest of the defense is awful. Bryz doesn't come up with the big save often enough and lets in to many bad goals. I'm sorry to say they will not make the playoffs this year. They are going to buy out Bryz this summer and the search for a goalie continues. I would like to see them trade for the Kings Bernier.

Admittedly I am not a big hockey follower but the Flyers have to be the most inconsistent team in the NHL. One period they will look like world beaters then the next they are awful.

caps just played the pens last night. the gushing about crosby gets nauseating. he had an assist on their first goal-i don't think they ever mentioned the actual scorer.

Yup. A few weeks ago they played (and won) a GREAT hard fought game against the Pens only to look like $hit against the FLORIDA PANTHERS the very next game. Frustrating.

The search continues lol...Let's hope Homer isn't in charge of that decision! I'm through with settling for the 'best goalie NOT in the NHL (like Roman Checkmanic), this city deserves something better than creampuff Bryz! Gives up WAY too many rebounds and weak goals.

All of my Flyers-Faithful friends seem to think they'll make the playoffs. I hear crap about having a differing opinion, much like last year when i predicted the Phils to have a bad year! You can't expect to get better when you stay stagnant in FA while the other teams in your division make moves to become markedly better. (At least Homer TRIED to bring in Weber, Parise, and others. It just didnt work out.)

and Flyers Pens tonight.

The Heat now have the second most impressive active streak in the NBA.

That OT goal was probably the final nail in the Flyers coffin

Your insane if you actually believe this. One team is OK at best. With a ceiling of second round exit. The other team is going to go down as one of the all time great teams ever. With one of the all time great players ever. And a top 3 SG ever.
Come on man!

An OK team of nobodies that keeps on winning (despite injuries) is more impressive than the team everyone expects to win. How often do the Heat go in as a dog?

Without taking anything away from the Heat's streak, which has been remarkable, (and taking into account I just briefly looked) it looks like they have been favored in 67 of 70 games this year.

Well that was fun while it lasted. Now another loss at SA is next. Hope they can turn it back on for the playoffs since this conference is weak.

I wouldn't exactly call Denver an OK team of nobodies. They aren't quite a title contending team yet but noone in the West wants to play them in the playoffs
