I don't know if they are officially out of business, but their demise would not be a suprise. As a former partner I can attest to their incompetence. They started with a good idea but diddn't know how to implement it. They also had bad communiction skills. A look at one of their aquisitions, Dantheblugrassman,tells the whole story. They claimed him at Presque Isle on 9/01/2007and said the horse was healthy and being pointed for targets. They finally trotted him out at Phila. on 12/29/2007 where he finished a dismal last in a race way over his head. He should be retired.
