Too bad the Travers is in 2 weeks because the sky appears the limit with Happy Saver. That was quite a run he put in through the lane.

Yep. Even if he were to run back in 3 weeks in the Pegasus at Monmouth, he very likely wouldn’t have enough points, even with several defections (I expect at least two with Mischevious Alex and Swiss Skydiver but not sure about others), although maybe could get in as an AE and hope for scratches.

I guess this assumes all the horses with enough points are still shooting for the Derby. Maybe that isn’t the case. It’s been a weird year.
