I'm not sure how you regain a crown you never lost. LeBron James has been the best player in the league for at least the past 11 years. That was evident to everyone that didn't have a silly bias against him.

11 is pushing it.

He has been promoted as the second coming of Christ since he was a boy. He deserves criticism and even if he's been the best player the last 11 years that's not saying much at all is it? Especially considering he tarnished his legacy going to play for D. Wade.

He's not finished but there is still a ways to go before he can even be considered King. Unless he can travel back in time and delete Michael.

He was and I have to believe it's because of Coach K sharing info with LeBron.

LBJ was on his arse all season. Just like Coach K would've been.

I'm not completely sold on Kyrie. Don't believe he hits that 3 if LeBron isn't leading like he was last night. Would like to see both squads in the finals next year and healthy (Steph)

You know the best thing that ever happened to Cleveland was Lebron going Miami. Helped Cleveland tank and get the team the have around him now. Funny how that **** worked out.

Worked out perfectly considering he got to work for Riley.

He didn't put himself on the cover of Sports Illustrated. He didn't put his own games on ESPN while he was in high school. I don't understand blaming him for the attention he was given.

I would agree that his game has deserved some criticism at times. He's not perfect. He is not the best in the clutch. He is too passive at times. Too many turnover in crucial situations. But I still have no doubt in my mind about his greatness and yes, I think it is saying a lot to say he's been the best. Best in the world is best in the world. Doesn't mean best all-time. I don't think he tarnished his legacy one bit. So what if he teamed with another great player to do it. All others did the same thing. You're going to hold it against him that Cleveland never got him help. He didn't have the luxury of being drafted to a team that already had the league MVP (Kareem) like Magic did and then add Worthy. He didn't come in like Bird and have McHale and Parish. He didn't get a Pippen drafted to his team. He didn't come in and play with young Shaq like Kobe did. He didn't play for Riley, Jackson, or Popovich. And he also didn't play shotgun and ride someone else's coattails to titles. He was the league and playoff MVP both times in Miami.

You're right in that he'll never be Jordan. I don't care if he wins 10 more. He's not better than Jordan and never will be.

I agree he's the best of this era. Moving back to Cleveland helped his legacy tremendously.

If he can get two more rings he'll be without a doubt top 3 all time. It's not going to be easy...he's about a season and a half from surpassing Jordan on games played.

So if he died today he's not top 3? I don't buy it, I have him 2ND and closing on MJ now.
