In the garden spot behind a hopeless long shot and a colt who really only came to hand when reformed as a late-running sprinter through absolutely pedestrian fractions while some more longshots and a Euro import who had issues dawdling in the back.

If sheer domination is your cup of tea then try:

1994 Florida Derby
1996 Florida Derby
2003 Florida Derby
2001 Blue Grass
1996 Blue Grass
2005 Wood Memorial
1998 Wood Memorial
1989 Santa Anita Derby
1988 Santa Anita Derby
1986 Santa Anita Derby
2012 Arkansas Derby
2015 Arkansas Derby
2005 Arkansas Derby
1984 Arkansas Derby

Foolish Pleasure running down Bombay Duck was impressive. The will to win.

What? Are you drunk or something? Where the hell did this come from?

I hoped this was a post from 2010 that was just dragged up, but somehow it’s not.
