Default 9/16 (SUF): Hope gets lucky gaining slot at Suffolk

25 entered and Justenuff Hope beat the odds to draw in to a MCLM field Sunday at Suffolk.. Dee Tee's first starter at SUF.

They don’t run many at 7 1/2 on the turf because of the short run into the sharp first turn. She should be gunning from the 2 hole an$ with any luck someone will take the field to Guam on the first turn. Small and athletic is a plus on this course, though 8 don’t know that she is either. I’ll be there

Broke through the gate pre start. Got reloaded broke well, rushed and didn't make the lead then the slow fade to get beat a pole. The kid Boulanger who brought her up said he even paid $40 cash for a pony who didn't show up. Oh well.

THX for going out Dan. They came close to scratching her and they probably should have. Reyes said she banged her head on the gate pretty good.

Will likely run back next week at Meadowlands.
