Default "NAILS" strikes out with the bank

Maybe he can make up some of it with Byk's picks!

Nails strikes out with the bank, his wife, people who worked for him and people he swindled. What comes around goes around.

I guess it's easy to be a Wall Street wizard, when the market does nothing but go up for two years.

But I still can't believe with all that money (supposedly at least 55 million he made just from the sale of the car washes) that he's totally bankrupt and doesn't have a little something stocked away in an off shore account somewhere.

"Hackett said Washington Mutual, now part of JPMorgan, was the main lender on the 2007 home purchase, and that the bank misled Dykstra about his ability to afford the property. The lawyer said the bank deserves nothing on its claim."

excellent argument. the old "i'm too feeble to figure out what i can afford myself" ploy. the bank clearly took advantage of him.

i know bankruptcy is supposed to hold some stigma but hadn't realized part of the process was paying someone to publicly proclaim you're actually dumber and more irresponsible than most 12 year olds and people that treated you as an adult did it with ill intent.

someone please pull his man card.
