Zito is awesome
That is a classy guy. I hope when there is a TC winner he is the trainer.
Thanks God, his staff, and everybody. Even gives respect to Big Brown. Doesn't make comments on other people's horses. |

I would like to personally thank Nick for giving me a parking pass in the orange lot today through a request I made of his wife's aunt, a client of mine. Was on Hempstead Ave within five minutes of starting the car. Nice job today Nick.

Nick Zito doesn't know me from Adam. He couldn't tell you my name if his life depended on it. But every time he sees me, he acts like he's known me for years. One of the few pleasant people I have met in this sport.

I like to think that good things happen to good people and earlier this week Nick let Johnny V off Anak Nakal to ride the Pletcher horse, knowing that he was Pletchers #1 rider. Nicks comment was that it was the right thing to do "And that I believe in karma"........Karma, meet Da'Tara 2008 Belmont winner !!! And I just have to post several lines from the end of an ESPN story on the Belmont. I think it says it all:
And somewhere -- wherever the racing gods live -- there was unabated laughter at this comeuppance. Karma's a bitch, babe, and so is the Triple Crown.
