About time.....So they're only allowed to spend 15M per year? Am I reading that right?

almost every move they make puts something to make money in place of someplace where people used to sit outside.
That channel 10 set as you come in from union ave is the biggest waste of space in history. We definitely need a huge tent selling jewelry one tent down from that too. It's nice that they have replaced mook village with bushes and taken shade trees out. Used to be a hundred regulars there most days, now there is room for about 10. No more Nathan's ... Lemon ade is tough to find. No more awesome hot dogs to the left of the old replay center. I guess the tote board was taking up too much space in the infield too. Let's put a big tent with a private party sign in the middle of where the people sit next to the paddock. And we'll throw in a talking hosses set complete with ropes, so the stars can prance down the red carpet to their adoring public after every performance.

Try this.....see if you can spot one person in the whole plant who is not white. Jockeys, or other employees are not eligible .
After tomorrows magnificent card......the decline and fall, unless someone stops the madness

With 200/300 mil you can then sell Aqueduct to Genting, get rid of the car dealer parking at Belmont, and winterize the place, scale it down, install tapeta on the training track, and run races there with a small sweet little winter track.
Decent 15 to 50k stock can stay north and winter racing can be reinvented. Love SPA glad they might remake it certainly needs it BUT not nearly as much as a longer term permanent Belmont makeover
