Apparently it was a massive power outage at their data center. That is not a good excuse. A data center shouldn't be without a transfer switch and backup power. |

And then the knuckle heads refer us to another address that won't load!
Hmm, live.drf.com isn't loading right now. The servers that run live.drf.com are having some trouble. This is usually just a temporary problem, so you might want to try again in a few minutes. |

Really? How about the way Forumlator crashed before the Derby.
They should hire the Obamacare website team--even they weren't this incompetent. |

Most major hosting companies have generator backups and a quick power outage shouldn't be an issue. However, if the actual equipment/server was damaged and they chose to move to another server location it could take up to 24hrs for the ip address to propagate.

How in the hell can this possibly occur in this day and age? Is it 1995 or something? You have no redundancy whatsoever? NONE??!!! No backup server farm? No tertiary cloud? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING??!! Wow. And these hacks have your credit card data...
Beyond bush league by leaps and bounds - Simply incomprehensible. Brightside - we'll get two free formulators after the the GP P6 is over.... LOL |
