Interesting SI article on it,

Great article. If the PGA wants to win the Cup back they should hire Zinger right now. My God it doesn't take a genius to see that.

More stuff deriding Watsons leadership.

Furyk said it best. If you were a player on that team and you didn't expect that kind of leadership from Watson, you weren't fully prepared for the Ryder Cup.

Buncha crybabies that got their asses handed to them by the Euros. If your a top 20 player in the world and you need a captain to motivate you to play well in the Ryder Cup, maybe a career playing the egolf.com tour is a better option.

I could not agree more. This "blame Watson" bull sh*t is lame and indicative of the coddled lives of top players.

I'm not a golf expert but is it not simply a case of Europe's collection of players is simply better right now? Isn't it also a case of likely the American's current two best players at the present time (Billy Horschel and Chris Kirk) weren't participating in the event (well, maybe not best per se, but best at the current time in history)?? I didn't read the earlier pages so maybe this was brought up earlier.
