I hope Orb wins, I think he'll win (hell I think he'll win the TC but will only say that this one time and wait till after the Preakness to get all excited) but I had to do the DD with these two just incase. It was too good to pass up.

Agree with Clip Clop... the Dixie looks like a great betting race.

Nice to see Forte Dei Marmi entered as there wasn't much news after he was pulled up that last time out.

Depending on who you like they're all great prices.Oxbow's double looks like decent value.
Orb's biggest obstacle is Murphy's law.

I heard that as well but couldn't find any confirmation online. Will handicap it as if that's the case.

Who in this field can beat him? I don't like eating chalk at all, but there are times to try and beat the favorites, when you have viable alternatives and there are times not to. This is a time not to.

Unless you're going to crush the all button again.
how disheartening it would be to unsuccessfully 'crush' the all button...

Add me to this too. REST ASSURED, if i hit the all button, one of the top 3 betting choices wins going away.

Nice call on Denver in the first round also. You came in all smug, told me how good they were. Never said another word about it? Good luck tomorrow.

Just heard Eddie Altchek (sp?) on NBC Sports say there are tight turns about Pimlico. Everybody do a shot. Ok he just did it a 3rd time when picking Departing. Someone tell the man it's how the turns are banked not how tight they are.

I saw an article yesterday where Doug O'Neill was quoted saying the turns are tight at Pimlico as well. I find it incredible that someone like him does not know the truth.

Seriously? Geez. At least NBC Sports' research team couldn't let it slide. They came back from commercial and were like oh goody, perfect opportunity to show that thing we'd already put together to talk about at some point. Jerry and Laffit didn't want to embarrass the guy before.

The coverage is unbearable. I keep going back to give it a chance but forget that.

Even my daughter who HATES horse racing (I am cruel because I "like what they do to those poor horses")... well I don't want to offend anyone but basically she asked if NBC thought all the people who are watching were, ummm... let's used the word "touched".

I like Willcox Inn a lot but I'm not understanding his odds here. Maybe it's just that he never wins for me but I cannot see him in the top 2 spots. Not seeing Optimizer win this either, even with Joel.

I'm using Doubles Partner on top of Forte dei Marmi w/ 1,2,9,10 and 12 underneath.

I like Willcox Inn too (and Swift Warrior!).

I really liked that interview with Rosie and Michelle Beadle.

Guess they won't be needing MENSA applications any time soon.
