I have been asked many times if I was related to the great golfer but if so, it is very distant. The Casper name is a bit common in some form or another in the German and Prussian regions.

Condolences to Mr. Casper's family and friends, rest in peace Champ.....

you kept your money in your pocket when you played him, unless you felt like losing it.

The big steward in the sky must have been running low on good men. Calling Mr. Casper and Coach Smith home on the same weekend. Two men that were all time greats at their profession and wonderful humanitarians, too.

A stellar career overshadowed by Nicklaus, Palmer and that little prick player...Trevino and Palmer both said he was so much better than the media allowed him to be. Classy guy who had his share of heartache with his son's problems.....
May he RIP.
