Default Baseball Playoffs

Surprised to see the limping Yanks -180 against the Twins. Yes they have owned them in the playoffs, but Twins are due against them, and an open air stadium in MN could be the difference.

Don't agree with San Fran being favored against the Braves either. Those are the value I see in this early round.

Shut up will ya...the Giants give me enough torture...I don't need more torture knowing that the Giants actually didn't end their season, knowing that a certain DT poster's mouth/keyboard was the reason we lost in the first round.

I have not bet a baseball game in like 10 years....200 on Phils to win it all.

Giants pitching is pretty damn good.

Yeah but -150....I don't know, to me if you bet those two dogs, one is going to win the series and put you in the plus column. But I hear you.

Even though I'm a Yankee fan........would love to see the Rangers get to the series.

Yanks / Rangers - Phillies / Giants

Yanks / Phillies

Phillies

Great color commentary on TBS. During the Phillies/Reds game we got the gem of the guy stating the series could be either a high scoring series or a low scoring series. Maybe next inning he can offer that one team will win the series and one team will lose the series, and at this point it can be either team.

Halladay is the best pitcher of my lifetime. It's a shame he hasn't been on a contender until this season. He might as well have been pitching on Mars all these years. What a monster.

Probably, but I prefer Halladay's body of work. Pedro's year in 2000 was the best single pitching year of the past 20 years though.

Maddux in the mid 90s was pretty tough as well but I agree with you. I enjoy watching Halladay as much as any pitcher I've ever seen.

There's seriously not even a question about who has the best rotation in the playoffs right now. Oswalt is playoff-seasoned and Hamels looks like the 08 version instead of the 09 sissy that got banged around.
