Iím kind of surprised they are offering this, with the Derby moved to September and all of the backlash for not refunding wagers on previous pools this year.

The only thing more surprising is that people are going to actually bet into another pool.

If I weren't already loaded up on All Others from Pool 2, I'd be keeping an eye on the current 4.4-1 in Pool 4.

I wonder what the over/under should be on horses listed in Pool 4 to actually start in the Derby. September is a long time away. My guess in 9.5 runners from the list

Yes. As Paul Matties tweeted weeks ago, there has to be a 2020 Kentucky Derby result to complete the proposition according to the rules. Otherwise refunds.
