Venue for 2/27
Gulf stream has several stakes starting with race 3 and ending with race 14 for a total of 12 races. That seems to be the best place to play. Would have liked to include the Southwest and the Razorback, but I think 14 too many for our scorers to deal with. Welcome any thoughts or creative solutions.

Could, I suppose, play all stakes at Gulf which would be 9 and
The Southwest and Razorback for a total of 11, if that wouldn’t be too confusing. |

Of the two options my preference would be to use only the races at Gulfstream [or as many as you want to include]. It looks as if they have put together a superb card for Fountain of Youth day.
While many of us are interested in the outcome of the stakes races at Oaklawn, we don't need to have them in our contest to follow them. I've always been more comfortable having a continuous sequence of races for the contest just as they occur on the race card rather than having gaps in the middle. Less chance of confusion that way. This is especially important for ROI players who want to try a pick 3 or 4 or more. Having said that it's your call to make. Congrats on your points win at Laurel. |

I am good with races 3 to 14 at Gulfstream.

OK then. Race 3 to 14 is what we’ll play at GP. The two at OP were fairly short fields and might not have provided that much value anyway.
