I was being sarcastic. I am ok with concealed weapons, but people are saying that in this case, that OJ did nothing wrong or shouldn't be punished. HE POINTED A GUN AT SOMEONE and used it as force.

From everything I have read, all the sentencing has been within guidlines and has been 'normal' for this type of activity. I am guessing judges aren't stupid and this broad looked up past cases to see what they got, and made sure it was close, given the probablity that any harsher sentence an appeal for unfair trail or whatever they could cook up....
