I actually think Vic Stauffer does a pretty good describing the action. He'll let you when a horse is making a move or is "all in" and struggling. He gets a little amped up sometimes, but he's grown on me. I'm looking forward to the Hollywood meet to hear him again. Gulfstream made a usual poor decision in letting him go in favor of Larry Colmus. Does Gulfstream do anything right these days?

What's wrong with Larry Collmus? He's only been calling races accurately for years with the perfect mixture of emotion and unmistakable clarity. He's one of the best in the country in my opinion.

That being said, Gulfstream does do very little right.
