I think it shows someone who doesn't want to admit a problem, and is an example of someone who would probably cover something up(if they thought they could possibly get away with it.)

I think the publication last week of her e-mails with Steve Schmidt during the campaign, where she wants to lie about her husbands involvement with the successionist Alaskan Independent Party - and Schmidt has to tell her twice they will not publish that lie - shows Palin for what she is.

She has no business in politics. She obviously can't handle it, and has no strengths there. Someone mentioned she could make a career by being a Pat Buchanan, a political commentator that rallies her small ultra-conservative religious base, or she could do a show like Hannity or Rush. That's exactly where she would fit. She seems to crave celebrity, not politics.
