RIP Bill Buckner
Sad news that Bill Buckner passed away this morning. He got dealt a shittty hand from one error. He was treated very poorly by a lot of people around here. I'm not proud of my telling a Bill Buckner joke or 2 now. I was glad to see him get a tremendous ovation at Fenway when he returned to groove one right down Broadway like George Bush after 9/11. It was too little too late, but at least it was something. I'm sure it meant a ton to him. Rest In Peace Bill Buckner a class act and great ball player.
