so with a avg lets say of 10.5 races a day so far at sarotga
18 days in
thats about 189 races run
and 25 winners 10 to 1 or better

so this meet so far is way over the standard of the 15 year stat above
That number 11% is about right... Here are the numbers for Saratoga / Delmar last 3 years. Delmar was way above average in the prior 2 years but this year chalkfest while average field size has plunged.
