Yeah.. As I wrote, there was a group of horses after what I thought were the top contenders that had shots:
Entire field is separated by about 2 lengths on figs, exemplified by 50-1 Fenwick Station who comes in nearly as fast as 9-2 Hieronymous and 5-1 Smooth Like Strait..
I rushed at the end of the morning to finish up and didn't expand the C plays enough. Using Fenwick, Hieronymous & Smooth is a $27 backup play. But honestly, being alive to the 4 horses in the nightcap was plenty OK. Race unfolded oddly obviously.
Still, a very pleasant afternoon. Hope everyone got something along the way..
