The good news is that it should be over by late morning and Derby Day prospects have improved with some rain possible only later in the day. (After 4p). Turf will likely be yielding/good today, but track could get fast by early in the afternoon.
This place has the most volatile and unpredictable weather of anywhere I travel regularly.
