I know that there are those who prefer tracks other than Aqueduct (I've heard that the Fair Grounds is quite popular), but this Saturday is going to be the last "big race" day in New York until early spring, so that's where I'd like to go.

The card includes the Grade 1 Cigar Mile, the Grade 2 Remsen for 2 year old colts going 1 1/8 miles, the Grade 2 Demoiselle for 2 year old fillies going 1 1/8 miles, and a Grade 3 for fillies and mares named for that tragic heroine Go for Wand. We'll be playing the full 10 race card.
