Back from AZ/CA late Monday and never got a chance to post the busy week of starts..

HOPE started things off with a very encouraging try at Parx Tuesday, flying home late after the eventual winner sawed her off on the backstretch. Finally healthy after dealing with a hock injury all year, she is staying in Philly with Mike & Patty Farro and will run back in a similar spot (MC 10k) going 6f.

BELLE rallied Thursday to fill out the super in the $67k NY-OC/N1X feature, beaten 8L for the money when able to face state breds at her preferred mile trip. With her tendency to drop out of things early, Eric Cancel suggested closing her blinker cup a little to try and keep her a little closer. She was wide most of the way and the speed didn't come back to her at all. She was the best looking filly/mare in the paddock yesterday and Gary thinks she'll win this race over the winter.

KID has done well since his last start and the decision was made to spend the winter at the track. He has a lot of growing to do yet, so he'll make a few starts waiting for spring given that he's most likely a turf horse. But, he dips into NY-MC company today and should run OK.

MAUS and/or MAGDALENA have a spot next Friday..
