That was one heck of ride by Jamie Spencer. He's been much criticized, but he's money and has been around at top levels races throughout the world. It's not by mistake. His ride on Antonius Pius in the 2004 Mile was spectacular and he didn't receive much credit for it. Antonius Pious was about the most unpredictable head strong runner I've ever seen. Congrats to Jamie Spencer and rest of the connections.
