This has to be a new record. Because running dime claimers 2 1/4 miles is a smart idea...
MNR R3 tonight, the winner won by 49 3/4 lengths. How they're determining quarters of lengths at that point is another story...Third placed finisher was 82 3/4 lengths behind the winner.
Best part of it all: Peter Berry was a quarter of a length off accurately calling the winning distance. What an eye!
