 This underscores my point about internal pace knowledge among the jockeys - Alan Garcia had Rapscallion seven lengths off the pace in 1:16 3/5.  He needed his horse to come home in 1:09 and change to have something to say in that race.  (Same argument regarding Cornelio Velasquez's ride.)  
On a positive note, Joel Rosario brushed three-wide in the first turn with Shetan to get into the mid-pack flow after being left at the start.
