Seriously, screw these guys. I understand wanting to milk your cash cow, but have a little perspective. Owners pour tons of money into this industry with a terrible ROI praying to get a horse that popular. Trainers and barnhands work insane hours to get these animals fit enough to fill our racecards. Bettors and fans put their hard-earned cash through the windows to make the Triple Crown as big of a deal as it is. We all, in some way, keep the game alive so a bunch of craven rednecks like you can come along and get insanely lucky and make millions of dollars and invaluable exposure off a dirt cheap stallion and broodmare. At some point, the horse has to belong to the sport as much as it belongs to you. Most owners who end up with special horses are grateful enough to understand this. These self-centered cranks have proven beyond a doubt they are not.
